I busted out the bike last night and put in a good 12+ miles. I changed my normal route and ended up riding over the Brooklyn Bridge.  It was a great ride, but I ended up stopping half-way and meeting the girlfriend for dinner. I’m glad I did, because I think I would’ve been hurting today if I had followed through with a 25 mile ride.

That being said, I’m going to see about doing either a 10 miler today, or attempting the same Brooklyn Bridge route but finishing what I started on Saturday morning.

My weight this morning was 262.5, which is closer to what I thought I was at yesterday. Some healthy food choices this weekend and things should be looking up!

I may have another update later today, but I’m not certain.
