As you can see, my weight went up in the last week.  I only weighed myself twice in the last week, so that number could actually be lower overall.

The thing is, I think it seriously jeopardizes my first goal of hitting 254.5 by July 17th.  I may be closer to 262, but even hoping for an 8 pound loss in the next 9 days is unreasonable.

I’m not worried though.


I’m going biking today. And tomorrow. And Sunday or Monday. And moving around every day.
